- CapturedGays.com is a webiste owned by a private company AltaPay B.V. in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. CapturedGays.com allows internet users to pay a fixed fee for getting access to it's members area.
- To become a member you must be at least 18 years old
- To become a member you must register at CapturedGays.com using your credit card or pay by phone.
- If you choose a recurring method for paying your advertisement you will be billed on your credit card once the period you have paid for expires. To discontinue the rebilling you must cancel your membership before the period you have paid for ends.
- You may not give your username and password to a different person.
- This agreement may change at any time so please bookmark this page and check back often.
- Billing Errors.
If You believe that You have been erroneously billed, please notify Us
immediately of such error. If We do not hear from You within thirty (30)
days after such billing error first appears on any account statement, such
fee will be deemed acceptable by You for all purposes, including resolution
of inquiries made by your credit card issuer. You release Us from all
liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that
is not reported to Us within thirty (30) days of its publication.
